An AI platform built for a hackathon and aligned with the national 'Digital Uzbekistan 2030' strategy. It turns a user's resume into a personalized, multilingual learning roadmap and connects it to real jobs — closing the full loop across six AI modules, with every recommendation explaining the reasoning behind it.
